When will I receive my order?
From the date of order you will receive your print between 1 week - 10 days.

Do you accept refunds?
We don't accept refunds, each print is specifically made for each client.

If your item gets damaged?

If for any reason the item is damaged or lost, we will ensure a new print is sent to you immediately. Please email: studio@lilliebernie.com 

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! If your country isn't listed on checkout please contact studio@lilliebernie.com and we can organise the shipment.

Can you choose where the glitter goes?
The design of the print is at the discretion of Lillie unless specified prior to printing.

Do all prints come with glitter and acrylic paint?
Yes, unless requested otherwise prior to creating the print.

Do you have an express delivery?
If you need a print urgently we offer fast track delivery, at a cost of £20. 1-2 days depending on location. Please email studio@lilliebernie.com to arrange.
